The Holy Cross Institute at St. Edward’s University fosters the core values of the Congregation of Holy Cross—most notably, the education of both the mind and the heart. In addition to serving St. Edward’s, the Institute supports a growing international network of Holy Cross schools, colleges, and universities by equipping educators, administrators, and board members with formation resources, leadership development, and mission-driven programming.
This work directly impacts students who are transformed by their Holy Cross experience. Most recently, incoming freshmen from Holy Cross high schools across the world have become part of a special HCI cohort: the Holy Cross Ambassadors. These students receive leadership training and serve as mission representatives on campus, carrying forward the values of faith, hope, integrity, and service into the next chapter of their lives.
