Recreation and Wellness provides facilities and programs for students, faculty and staff to thrive in a safe, informed and inclusive community. Through participation in our programs, our campus community cultivates an appreciation for healthy lifestyles, meaningful relationships, leadership development and a positive lifelong attitude toward overall well-being. Programs and services include Wellness Outreach, Club Sports, Intramural Sports, facilities management of the Recreation and Athletics Center and UFCU Alumni Gym, Outdoor Adventures, Fitness programming, and more!

Toppers Up! This year’s #LoveBlueGiveGold early launch period has been the GOAT 🐐

Thanks to our incredible donors and advocates, we're already more than halfway to our goal — and #LBGG doesn't even officially kick off until tomorrow!
