Traditionally, the Senior BFA Acting class at St. Edward’s University performs a professional showcase at the end of the spring semester. This showcase has a dual purpose: to showcase our talents to directors of both film and theater, and to commemorate four years of hard work in the department. Conventionally, this showcase was performed at the Mary Moody Northen Theatre, allowing the students to say goodbye to the space and thank those who have supported them. However, in recent years, the showcase has been the presentation of student made short films, giving students reels to put on their portfolio post grad.
