Ambrose Parent & Grandparent Fund

The Ambrose Parents and Grandparents Fund helps foster valuable connections between parents, grandparents and daily life of their students on campus. With annual gifts, donors help build a remarkable college experience for today's Bees. Initiatives like the Bee-coming Ambrosian Welcome Weekend, Parent's Weekend, student activities, campus clubs and more are supported by the unrestricted donations made to this campaign.

MATCHING DONATION (Parents & Grandparents only!)

Renee Citera '81, began her education at a large state school. One month in, she realized her goals did not align with the institution. With the support of her parents, especially her Mom, she found St. Ambrose University. Three years later, Renee graduated with honors and went on to enjoy a long, successful career in business.

To celebrate her Mom’s guidance (and in loving memory of her birthday on April 27th!), Renee and her husband Frank will be matching all donations to the SAU Parents and Grandparents fund dollar for dollar up to $5,000!
