A Legacy That Lives On
For generations, Spelman has been a place where women discover their voice, their confidence, and their purpose. That legacy lives on in every Spelman woman who marches through the arch with faith, pride, and the responsibility to lift others along the way.
This Founders Day, we celebrate 145 years of excellence and the enduring commitment to serve others and strengthen communities.
11 Days of Giving
During 11 Days of Giving, the Spelman community comes together to celebrate Founders Day and invest in the future of the College.
Alumnae lead the way by rallying their classmates and showing what it means to remain faithful to the sisterhood that shaped them. Parents, faculty, staff, friends, and supporters can join them in strengthening the mission that inspires women to engage the world and create positive change.
Why Spelman Strong Matters
A gift to Spelman Strong, the College’s annual unrestricted fund, helps Spelman meet students where they are.
Your support can help a student stay enrolled when an unexpected expense arises. It can nurture student wellbeing and confidence, create career and leadership opportunities, and sustain the people, guidance, and resources that shape a transformative Spelman education.
Give to #SpelmanStrong and celebrate 145 years of sisterhood, service, and excellence.
