Anthropology

This fund will be used to support or subsidize students in anthropology who are pursuing advanced research as part of their final degree requirements.

Examples may include, but are not limited to:

• students who are traveling abroad for a field school experience within the program, e.g., Poulton, England or Ethiopia, or are attending a field school outside of our program, for example a program they have identified in another country.
• students who are working on individualized research projects, e.g., analyzing a collection in a museum or research lab in the United States or abroad.
• students pursuing independent research experience, e.g., visiting a clinic in a developing country, joining in on a trip organized through an NGO or other non-profit group.
• students who identify an internship in a location or context where they may incur additional expenses, e.g., traveling to New York for an internship with a museum.
