At South Carolina State University, the Thomas E. Miller Society Scholarship honors the legacy of our founding president, Thomas E. Miller, whose vision laid the foundation for educational excellence and opportunity. Today, this scholarship continues that legacy by supporting student enrollment and retention—ensuring that more deserving students can pursue their dreams and earn their degrees.
The scholarship is generously funded by members of the Thomas E. Miller Society—an esteemed group of SC State alumni and supporters who have contributed $100,000 or more to the University. These transformative donors represent the highest level of giving and serve as powerful examples of Bulldog pride, commitment, and leadership.
