Help Send SC State NSBE Students to the National Convention

The National Society of Black Engineers National Convention provides students with access to career opportunities, professional development, industry leaders, graduate schools, and a powerful network of engineers from across the country.

Through the 2026 SC State 1896 Challenge, we seek to send 10 students and one faculty advisor to this transformative conference.

It costs approximately $1,577 to sponsor one student. Our total fundraising goal is $17,347, which will support all 10 students and their advisor.

Your gift will help cover convention registration, transportation, lodging, meals, and other travel-related expenses. Whether you give $18.96, $189.60, $1,577, or an amount meaningful to you, every contribution moves another Bulldog closer to this career-changing experience.
