We’re so glad you’re here.
This is your chance to leave a mark on Smith. Gifts from alums, students, and friends allow Smith to continue educating the next generation of leaders through supporting financial aid, faculty research, facilities, international engagement, and more.
An anonymous alumna has made a $5,000 donation to Smith and we get to spend it!
What does that mean?
Every dollar that a current Smithie donates, will be doubled. Any contribution that you make by May 15th will have an even greater impact on the area of your choosing.
Not sure what to support? There are tons of different designations, here are just a few:
- Passionate about financial access to Smith? Make a contribution to the General, International, or Ada Comstock Scholarship Aid Funds.
- Want to help ensure that Smith continues to invest in its journey toward a more equitable and inclusive community? Support initiatives that engage, connect, and embrace underrepresented students with a gift to the Equity and Inclusion Fund.
- Has your experience engaging with student orgs, athletics, and our campus community made a significant impact on your daily life at Smith? Supporting the Student Life Fund helps to fund the experiences that make our time on campus so meaningful.
Are you hoping to make a tangible difference?
- The Emergency Fund for Students of Color is an endowed fund that supports the unexpected needs of students of color at Smith including needs resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic as well as medical/dental care, eyeglasses, medications and travel for urgent family matters.
- The Common Goods Resource Center provides material resources, both new and gently used through Smithcycle, for students who otherwise may not have access to them. Available resources include winter gear, toiletries, cleaning products, linens, room essentials, and a small array of food products.
We’re hoping to rally at least 222 students to donate to Smith in honor of the class of 2022. This is about donors, not dollars. Every participant is making an impact in our greater community’s experiences.
