2022 Rally for Smith

Smithies are doers—people who tackle problems, offer solutions and make the changes they want to see in the world. Many of these changemakers are current students already having a big impact. Take, for instance, Adriana Beltran Andrade ’23, who is trying to bring new life to plastic waste. 

Adriana who has already received several entrepreneurship awards also co-founded Smith’s Blockchain Initiative to introduce the technology to campus and increase students’ financial literacy.

This Rally Day, as we celebrate Smith’s medal winners, we can also rally around all of the Smithies who are currently working hard to achieve their goals. Every time you make a gift, you’re supporting ambitious students like Adriana who are eager to contribute to the world. 

This month, your gift to The Smith Fund—gifts of any size—will be particularly powerful. The Board of Trustees will match all gifts made to The Smith Fund in February, dollar-for-dollar, up to $450,000. We’re seeking 2,022 gifts by February 28 in honor of the great class of 2022.
