As Saints, we ask our students to "Make Your Mark!" SCCC is committed to providing affordable, high-quality education that empowers students to thrive in both their academic and professional lives. Last year, our generous Saints family helped raise nearly $45,000, most of which was designated to the renovation of the old dorm for a Student Health Center. That beautiful project has been completed and students are now able to use the facility for free healthcare and mental health services. We cannot thank you enough for your loving gift to support student health.
This year, for our annual Giving Day, we ask that you help make YOUR mark, by donating to Seward County Community College in an impactful way. When giving today, you can choose to direct your gift to any program or scholarship of your choice, all of which has a direct impact on the tremendous students at SCCC. We do also have another deserving project for your consideration. This year we look to make upgrades for our Saints Softball team at the French Family Field. Coach Silva and the team continue to work hard each year and they are in need of some upgrades for safety reasons and some due to new NJCAA rules. The projects we hope to complete for them include the following:
Infield turf
New fencing
Warning track
Leveling of the outfield
Sprinkler system adjusted for the warning track
Dugouts painted, including the logo on home dugout
Helmet racks
