Support The Black Diplomacy Student Org

The mission of BDSO (Black Diplomacy Student Organization) is to create an inclusive community for Black students studying Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University. We create a safe space for people of color on campus to network with professionals in international development, both from the public and private sectors.

Building a strong community for black students on campus is a large focus of BDSO. This includes:

• Reaching out to new students
• Increasing opportunities for networking and professional development
• Exploring ways to reduce students' financial barriers to entry (e.g., textbook stipends and other ideas)

Participating in this fundraiser makes those goals more attainable for the current school year and increases black students' retention in the program through outward support of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
