Women In Business

Women in business have historically faced distinct challenges compared to their male counterparts. Drawing on our experience in the corporate world, we have observed consistent trends and gathered valuable insight, from how to network effectively and choose the right mentors, to practical skills like resume building, startup pitching, and interview preparation. We want to equip incoming women in Seton Hall's business community with the tools and confidence to rise and compete from day one.

With a focus on women's professional development, this club offers peer and senior mentorship, panel discussions, speed networking events, workshops, and an immersive bootcamp. We also host social events to foster community and connection. Ultimately, WIB aims to cultivate a community of women in business that acts as a support system for achieving career goals and as a platform for addressing issues that matter to women in the profession.
