Operation Smile at Seton Hall University

Operation Smile volunteers gain access to unique leadership opportunities to further their involvement in the organization. These programs include Surgical Program Training, where students receive formal training that qualifies them to attend surgical programs, and the International Student Leadership Conference, a week-long conference for student volunteers from clubs around the world.

Gifts help students overcome financial barriers and attend these life-changing opportunities. Operation Smile’s leadership programs provide real-world exposure that supplements their studies, supporting Seton Hall’s mission to cultivate servant leaders.
