Internships are one of the best ways your student can transform their Scripps education into applicable career experience. We’re proud that more than 87 percent of our students have at least one internship—but they’re not always paid opportunities. That's where your family can help. 

Thanks to the generous support of Mark and Molly Gamble P'25, Scripps College is excited to announce the 2024–25 Internship Challenge! From November 18, 2024, to February 16, 2025, every donation toward internship grants will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $20,000. By giving, you’ll help students gain concrete professional skills without the barrier of financial constraints.  

Why Give? 
Last year, families exceeded our goal by giving over $29,000 to internship grants and over $31,000 total to critical student resources! Because of you, Scripps awarded an astounding 100 internship grants in 2023–24—our highest amount in years.
