On Giving Tuesday last year, 515 passionate and engaged trustees, alumnae, parents, faculty, and friends came together and contributed a combined $350,000 to Holy Child. Support like this helps to ensure that a Holy Child education is possible now and in the future.
We are excited to announce our most ambitious Giving Tuesday goals yet. This year we aim to raise $375,000 from 525 community members. Let’s come together for the bright and joyful students who fill our hallways each day. Please know that every gift, regardless of size, makes an impact on our school.
Gifts on Giving Tuesday are applied to The Annual Fund for Holy Child. The Annual Fund provides necessary funds to:
- Enhance the student experience through academic, co-curricular, and extracurricular programming
- Provide merit scholarships and financial aid
- Attract and retain talented educators
- Provide enriching learning opportunities
- Maintain and enhance our modern facilities and campus
Thank you for your continued support!
On behalf of the Holy Child community, thank you for supporting the Annual Fund for Holy Child and making Giving Tuesday a tremendous success!
Because of the collective generosity of our community, $399,871 was contributed by 549 donors, enabling us to surpass the goal of $375,000 and 525 donors. Your ongoing commitment to the School, and most especially to our students and faculty, means so much.
As our gift to you, please enjoy the video of our talented students performing "Kind and Generous", a song written by Natalie Merchant.

Why is participation in Annual Giving important?
Participation in the School’s annual giving efforts demonstrates a sense of unity within the Holy Child community. It also indicates when seeking support from corporations, foundations that those who are most connected to the School are fully committed to its mission and goals.
How much should I/we give?
Holy Child families are asked to consider making the School and its students one of their top philanthropic priorities. The act of giving is just as important as the gift itself. Gifts of all sizes matter. By giving what you can, you are making a commitment to the mission of Holy Child. You are claiming Holy Child as your home too, and celebrating everything the School does for its students. Because philanthropic support is such a personal decision, we invite each family to make a gift at a level that is meaningful. For some families, that gift is $25, for others, it is $100,000.
Are Gifts Tax Deductible?
While tuition is not tax-deductible, voluntary gifts to Holy Child are. We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization under the Federal Internal Revenue Code. All contributions to The School of The Holy Child are deductible pursuant to the prevailing tax laws.
