Since its development in the late 1960s, SAIC’s Performance department has been defined by the wide network of connections that exist between its students, faculty, alums, and fellow practitioners. This Giving Day, your support will make additional professional development workshops available to current and recently graduated students, offering opportunities for them to develop new skills, ideas, and connections with their peers in Chicago and beyond.
Additionally, gifts to SAIC’s Performance Department Fund support:
- Stipends for visiting guest artists
- Workshops and individual graduate critiques
- Professional development opportunities for students to engage in the current industry
