Saint Mary’s Men’s Rugby is one of the perennial powerhouses in College Rugby! Winning the 15’s D1A National Championship in 2014, 2015 and 2017, as well as a 7s National Title in 2016! Most recently, the Gaels were the runner ups in the 2022 D1A National Championships.
Entering this year's 2023 D1A National Championship Playoffs, the Men’s Rugby team went into the postseason as the #2 ranked team in the nation. With quality wins over storied programs like Trinity Western University (Canada), University of Oxford (United Kingdom), Trinity College (Ireland), UCLA, BYU, and Cal, the Gaels put together an overall 2022-23 season record of 15 wins and 4 losses.
It is through the generosity of the Gael Rugby community of supporters that the team is able to operate at the highest level. Your contribution today will go directly to the Men’s Rugby team to provide funds for travel, facility maintenance, apparel, equipment, operational costs, and much more.
