About

Since 1973, the High Potential Program at Saint Mary’s College has provided low-income, first-generation and students of color the support they need to thrive, in their education, in their campus community life, and out in the world.

High Potential students consider the program a family—one that continues to expand, offering nurture and support to generations of Saint Mary’s students.

In celebration of the High Potential Program’s 50th Anniversary, we invite you to make a gift.

Your support of the High Potential Program Fund will provide resources that address the specific and unique needs of first generation students, which result in increased achievement in academic standing and graduation rates.

Your gift to the Moonlight Scholarship – inspired by two-time Oscar-winning actor Mahershala Ali ‘96 – provides financial support above and beyond other need-based assistance to eight High Potential students, four first-year students and four rising Seniors, to demonstrate to them their experiences have value and their success is a priority.

Join our generous supporters and make a gift today to celebrate 50 years of transformative experiences for our High Potential students!
