Thank you for joining us today for Giving Tuesday! The softball program is hoping to raise $15,000 to help fund our team retreat to Mount Shasta in January and to help fund our mental training sessions with athmindset. We are coming off of our best finish in WCC last year, and our sessions last year with athmindset helped a TON! We learned how to deal with adversity, the importance of breathing, journaling and using imagery. Our team retreat is a great way to bond as a unit and is a great part of the student-athlete experience. When you give today, know your money will be put to good use and good student-athletes.
