Every October, Saint James School parents, grandparents, alumni, and friends join together to make a difference in our students' lives and in how we live out our mission now and in the future. The generous gifts we receive during Trojan Month of Giving help us go above and beyond the basics to grow and enhance the student experience both in and out of the classroom.
This year's gifts to the Annual Fund will allow us to:
- Purchase new play equipment for the large playground behind The Commons
- Buy additional toys and supplies for our Early Learning Center
- Offset expenses and purchase updated equipment for our Arts department
- Invest in new materials and supplies for our English Language Learner / international program
- Support faculty and staff professional development efforts
- Make additional enhancements and investments around the school
Gifts may also be made to the Endowment Fund which works like an investment fund that generates income over time to supplement school programs. Our endowment fund allows you to leave a legacy that will continue to grow and support the Saint James School educational experience for years to come.
Trojan Month of Giving wraps up on Halloween (Thursday, October 31st), and we are quickly closing in on our goal. As of this morning, we have raised $33,841, which is 84% of our $40,000 goal.
In addition, here are our current leaders in our 7th annual Battle of the Classes.
Elementary School
5th Grade (Class of 2032): 57.1%
3rd Grade (Class of 2034): 36.5%
Middle School
7th Grade (Class of 2030): 28.6%
High School
9th Grade (Class of 2028): 27.1%
It is going to be a race to the finish, with a less than 3% margin currently between the leaders and the next closest grade. It really will come down to one or two new parent givers who boost the grade to the top of the podium for a free dress down day AND ice cream party!
Thank you for your generosity and support!

169 days ago by Alissa CantrellToday is the start of our Trojan Month of Giving. This month, we invite you to help us make a difference in the lives of our Saint James students today and in the future through your generous gifts to our Annual and/or Endowment Funds!
This year, we are excited to introduce a new platform that enhances the donor experience! You can now give via multiple convenient payment methods, share the campaign with friends and family via social media (with the click of a button), and have fun while encouraging others to donate.
As you will see under "Matches & Challenges," you can set up a match or challenge with criteria that works for you! We pre-loaded two matches for the Classes of 2029 and 2030 to encourage parent participation. If you want to use this cool new feature and need some help, please email Alissa Cantrell in the Advancement Office.
Finally, a little competition always makes campaigns more fun! That's why the top grade in each division (based on parent participation) will receive an ice cream party AND dress down day in November!
Thank you in advance for your generous support and helping us build up Trojans today and for years to come!
