The College of Liberal Arts & Sciences currently offers 7 student summer fellowships to support hands-on research and creative activity opportunities for students in the Arts & Humanities, the Social/Behavioral Sciences, and STEM. These fellowships offer $3,500 to the student recipient and $500 for the faculty mentor.
The goal is to expand these so that more students can obtain in-depth experiential learning opportunities during the summer. The funding allows them to worry less about having a summer job, thus giving them the space to focus more fully on the experience.
