Support Our Leadership Development Initiatives
Our organization is dedicated to bettering the lives of college men through leadership, academic, and personal development. We work toward this mission by hosting weekly “challenge classes,” where we invite guest speakers or have senior members lead discussions on topics that promote growth, accountability, and character.
In addition, we attend or host at least one larger leadership academy each semester. This past fall, we hosted the Sigma Phi Epsilon Leadership Academy, welcoming a UPD officer, representatives from the River City Domestic Violence Center, and former Jackrabbit football coach John Stiegelmeier. This spring, we will send our executive board and approximately 10 rising leaders to the Carlson Leadership Academy in Chicago to continue strengthening our leadership foundation.
Funds raised will serve as a catalyst to enhance and expand these programs. Support may help reimburse speaker travel costs, provide appreciation gifts, send more young men to prestigious leadership academies, and host events that are open to the campus and community.
