Developing Leaders Through Pi Kappa Alpha
Pi Kappa Alpha is committed to developing student leaders who embody the values of scholarship, leadership, athletics, and gentlemanly conduct. One of the most impactful ways we accomplish this is by sending members to PIKE Universities, leadership conventions designed to prepare students for success in professional and leadership settings.
Funds raised will help cover travel and registration costs for members to attend the Chapter Executive Conference and the International Convention. These experiences provide specialized training in areas such as public speaking, personal finance, professional presentation, interview preparation, and organizational leadership. Members return with valuable skills that strengthen both their personal development and the effectiveness of our chapter.
PIKE Universities also ensure our chapter remains actively engaged at the national level, allowing members to represent SDSU, contribute to organizational decisions, and bring back knowledge that benefits future members.
