Order of Omega Programming and Leadership Development
Order of Omega is South Dakota State University’s Greek honor society, recognizing the top leaders across SDSU’s fraternity and sorority community. Our chapter plays a central role in strengthening Greek life on campus, including hosting two of the community’s most meaningful annual events: Greek Matriculation and the Volstorff-Walder Awards, which celebrate new members and honor outstanding leadership.
Because much of our annual budget supports these signature events, limited funding remains for leadership programming and professional development. With additional support, Order of Omega hopes to expand opportunities that directly invest in the growth of our members as leaders.
Funds raised will help bring leadership consultants and guest speakers to campus, host workshops focused on culture and servant leadership, and support executive members in attending conferences and retreats. These experiences allow our members to develop valuable leadership and career skills and bring that knowledge back to strengthen the entire Greek community at SDSU.
