This Giving Tuesday, your gift has the power to go twice as far for the Interprofessional Community Clinic (ICC) and to directly support our essential Community Care Coach (CCC) program.

ICC Match Challenge

Thanks to three incredible matching gift opportunities, every dollar you contribute to the ICC will be doubled to provide accessible, quality healthcare and advance student training.

1. Scholl College Matching Gift Challenge (up to $1 Million)
   Every gift to the ICC is instantly DOUBLED by the Richard M. Evans, DPM ’71, and Katherine Evans Challenge Match.
2. Healthcare Foundation of Lake County Match (up to $5,000)
   New and increased gifts will DOUBLE any new donation or increase in a previous gift
3. Anonymous Donor Match
   New and increased gifts will DOUBLE any new donation or increase in a previous gift

While ICC gifts count toward the Scholl College matching Gift Challenge, the other matches also include our Community Care Coach (CCC) program.

The CCC provides an invaluable service, offering direct patient support by connecting community members with essential health and social services. Your gift ensures our patients have the resources they need to thrive beyond their clinic visit.

Every donation makes a difference by directly supporting patient needs and providing hands-on clinical experience for RFU students in both the ICC and CCC programs.

$625 — Provides a Certification For One Student Interpreter
$1,000 — Provides a 150 Point-of-Care Cholesterol Test; or a Diabetes A1C Check; or One Encrypted Laptop
$4,000 — Provides a Fundus Camera to Allow for Diabetic Retinopathy Screens

The ICC and CCC continues to be a model of service working to provide accessible, quality healthcare for the local Lake County community in an environment where students, health professionals and community members learn from one another by working together interprofessionally.
