As we continue building for the future of Roger Williams Men's Lacrosse, the support of our alumni, families, and friends plays an important role in our program's success.

This Giving Day, we're working toward a goal of raising $15,000 to help enhance the student-athlete experience and provide our players with the resources and opportunities they need to succeed both on and off the field.

Every gift, regardless of size, makes a meaningful impact as we continue striving to build a program that our players, alumni, and university community can be proud of.

Athletics

Make a gift directly to your program of choice. These gifts will be used to fund the highest priority for the team, as identified by the coach and director of athletics. Twenty percent of each gift to a specific team will be designated as general athletics support.

Why does part of your gift to a specific program become general athletics support?

No single team competes in a vacuum. Fields, medical and sports communication staff, graduate assistants, training facilities, and more are shared by teams. Directing 20 percent to general athletics support from each gift made to a specific team allows enhancement of the total student-athlete experience.

Whether used for graduate assistants in sports communications, new fitness and athletic training equipment, or to aid with team travel, general athletics support allows the director of athletics to provide resources where they are needed most and will have the largest impact.
