Women's Track and Field

The Rockford University women’s track and field program returned as a varsity athletic program during the 2025-26 academic year. The program generated immediate interest from cross country student-athletes, along with others wanting to participate in field and sprinting events. The Regents saw instant success in their first season, with one student-athlete finishing in the top 30 in the nation and narrowly missing out on qualifying for nationals. Rockford University head coach Kevin Niles has the program on the right track for continued growth and success heading into the future.
