The Rockford University football program was added to the school’s slate of varsity athletic offerings in 2000. Shortly afterwards, the construction of Sam Greeley Field was completed and it has been the site for all home Regent football games ever since. This past year, Sam Greeley Field saw major renovations, including a completely new fully turfed playing surface and new goal posts. The Regent football program boasts a rich history of tradition and success, including back-to-back berths in the conference championship game. Head coach Calvin Toliver continues to build upon those traditions and expand the excitement around the Regent football program.
