Your Support Fueled a Historic Year for the Colonials!
Colonials fans, your support has been instrumental in our pursuit of excellence, and this past year was truly spectacular thanks to you. Our 2024-25 athletics season was a historic one, with our student-athletes bringing home five conference tournament championships and three conference regular season championships.
These historic wins included:
- Women’s Cross Country and Men’s Soccer: 2024 Horizon League Champions
- Men’s Basketball: 2025 Horizon League Regular Season and Tournament Champions
- Softball: 2025 Horizon League Tournament Champions
- Men’s Lacrosse: 2025 Northeast Conference Co-Regular Season and Tournament Champions
- Women’s Lacrosse: 2025 Mid-American Conference Co-Regular Season Champion
Beyond these championships, our teams set 39 RMU sport program and department records, and our individual student-athletes earned 54 All-League honors—including 22 first-team recipients. Men's Basketball also set a new UPMC Events Center attendance record of 4,058 for their Horizon League Quarterfinal tournament win, on their way to March Madness. We are also proud to recognize Horizon League Head Coach of the Year winners Bryan Delsite (Women’s Cross Country) and Andy Toole (Men’s Basketball).
