Gifts to Graduate Experience Fund (Passport to Houston) contribute to...
"Passport to Houston (PtH) is a program that was created in 2007 to engage the Rice student body in the city of Houston by identifying and building relationships with local institutions that offer students educational and cultural opportunities for growth. The Passport program promotes a variety of organizations and events by providing free or discounted admission to Rice students. Graduate students have been able to access free admission to local museums, such as the Museum of Fine Arts-Houston, as well as events around Houston, such as Zoo Lights, Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, Houston Texans games and so much more!"
The program also provides a structure that allows Rice graduate and undergraduate students to intersect in a cultural and social setting, enriching their collective experiences and building organic networks.
This fund presents an opportunity to continue and expand the program's inclusion of graduate students at no cost to the students directly.
