Rice Chinese Student Association

As the oldest and largest Asian organization on campus, the Rice Chinese Student Association (CSA) serves as a pillar of community for Chinese students and any students interested in Chinese culture at Rice to bond and interact.

We hold events for Rice students to celebrate Chinese holidays and culture through events on and off campus. Our biggest event of the year is the Lunar New Year (LNY) Celebration, showcasing cultural performances like Lion Dance, Chinese dances, traditional Chinese orchestras, and more! Our 2025 Lunar New Year Celebration boasted an attendance of 600+ students, faculty, and community members.

Please consider supporting CSA! Your donation would go towards funding future club events and LNY Celebrations, building the Chinese community, and promoting Chinese culture at Rice. Last year, we raised over $7000, thanks to you all. This year, our goal is to raise $5000, but even a small contribution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and generosity!
