Men's Lacrosse

The Lynx capped a historic 2026 season with a thrilling victory over Sewanee to claim their second consecutive SAA Championship, further establishing Rhodes as one of the conference’s premier programs. The Lynx advanced to the NCAA Tournament, where they ultimately fell to Tufts in the second round after gaining valuable experience on the national stage. With a championship foundation firmly in place, Rhodes will enter the 2027 season poised to defend its SAA title, earn another NCAA Tournament berth, and make an even deeper postseason run.

Rhodes Athletics has a deep history and contributes to the fabric of our campus community. The Lynx Championship Culture inspires our student-athletes to excel in the classroom, during competitions, and in the community. These are lofty expectations but goals that our student-athletes and coaches strive to achieve daily. Our goals do not waver, and winning in all three aspects of our culture takes commitment, dedication, and support from alumni, teammates, coaches, parents, faculty, and staff.

Donors play a significant role in our athletic culture, contributing over 30% of our total athletic budget. Your support of the men’s lacrosse program assists in our desire to create the best student-athlete experience in DIII athletics. Gifts help operate our program by providing additional funds to compete at the national level, including the costs of travel, meals, team apparel, team culture, and bonding opportunities.
