Gifts to Women's Golf contribute to...
To close the 2024-2025 season, the Women's Golf team clinched the 2025 Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Championship by a single stroke, holding off a late charge to secure the program's fifth conference title—and its first since 2018. The Lynx went on to compete in the NCAA tournament where they fell to stiff competition. With the legendary Coach Clary '77 returning as interim head coach, the Lynx are poised for yet another shot at the SAA title, and another run at the NCAA Championships.
Rhodes Athletics has a deep history and contributes to the fabric of our campus community. The Lynx Championship Culture inspires our student-athletes to excel in the classroom, during competitions, and in the community. These are lofty expectations but goals that our student-athletes and coaches strive to achieve daily. Our goals do not waver, and winning in all three aspects of our culture takes commitment, dedication, and support from alumni, teammates, coaches, parents, faculty, and staff.
Donors play a significant role in our athletic culture, contributing over 30% of our total athletic budget. Your support of the women’s golf program assists in our desire to create the best student-athlete experience in DIII athletics. Gifts help operate our program by providing additional funds to compete at the national level, including the costs of travel, meals, team apparel, team culture, and bonding opportunities.
