Purpose of the Fund:
The Faculty Center for Teaching & Learning Fund (the "Fund") is established to promote the professional growth and development of faculty as teachers and as scholars of teaching and learning. The Fund supports faculty at all career stages and across all RIC academic programs by providing professional development opportunities that foster a campus-wide culture committed to excellence in teaching and learning.
Use of Funds:
Funds will be used at the discretion of the FCTL Director to:
- Support faculty development programs, workshops, and training opportunities.
- Provide resources for full-time faculty to engage in research and scholarly activities related to teaching and learning.
- Promote initiatives that advance teaching excellence across the campus.
