About

โ€œThroughout my years at QU, we have created a culture of success, as we have continually won the MAAC and improved our rankings in the region. We are a team that has become a family, and it has been amazing to work with such a passionate and dedicated group of women. Your support fuels the continual success of a powerful team of women who are breaking barriers and setting new standards in athletics and academics. By donating, you help provide the opportunities needed for these exceptional student-athletes to thrive, inspiring future generations and championing excellence both on the course and in the classroom.โ€

Supporting Quinnipiac Womenโ€™s Cross Country in the Bobcat Challenge is a wonderful way to contribute to a team that exemplifies excellence and determination. Here are some compelling reasons to get behind the Bobcats:

  1. Defending Champions: The Quinnipiac Womenโ€™s Cross Country team is the reigning MAAC champion and has been recognized for their outstanding performance, being ranked No. 15 in the Northeast region. Your support can help them continue their winning streak and aim for even greater achievements.
  2. Strong Leadership: The team is led by experienced and dedicated athletes like graduate student Emily Young and senior Liv DiStefano, who set high standards and inspire their teammates. Supporting the team helps nurture this leadership and ensures that these role models can continue to guide the younger athletes.
  3. Promising Talent: With standout performers like sophomore Rachel St. Germain, the 2022 MAAC Rookie of the Year, the team is brimming with potential. Your support can help these talented athletes reach new heights and bring more accolades to Quinnipiac.
  4. Fostering School Spirit: Supporting the team fosters a sense of community and school pride. It brings together students, alumni, and fans, creating a vibrant and supportive atmosphere that benefits everyone involved.
  5. Direct Impact: Every contribution directly supports the teamโ€™s needs, from training resources to travel expenses for competitions. Your support ensures that the athletes have everything they need to succeed and represent Quinnipiac with pride.

Join the Bobcat Challenge on October 9th & 10th and be a part of this exciting journey. Your support can help Quinnipiac Womenโ€™s Cross Country continue to achieve greatness and create lasting memories for the athletes and fans alike. Go Bobcats! ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›

Student-Athletes! Make sure you read this before making your gift.

We are asking first-years, sophomores, juniors, and seniors to make their class gift toward their team to support the Quinnipiac student-athlete experience. Your gift is a powerful vote of confidence in the direction Quinnipiac is headed and inspires a culture of philanthropy that begins right here on campus and continues post-graduation, inspiring Bobcats that come after you to continue paying it forward.

First-years, sophomores, and juniors make a gift of $10.00 to be considered a member of Student Philanthropy Council and will receive a special gift that can be used at invitation-only events throughout the 2024-2025 academic year.

Seniors (this includes graduate, law, and doctoral students too!) make a gift of $20.25 to be considered a member of Student Philanthropy Council and will receive a special gift that can be used at invitation-only events throughout the 2024-2025 academic year. Seniors will also receive a green and white philanthropy cord to wear at their commencement ceremonies.

P.S. Class of 2028! Starting with you, if you give all four years consecutively during your time at Quinnipiac, you will be the first class eligible for a Student Philanthropy Council pin to be worn at your commencement ceremonies.

If you have any questions about making a gift, please contact Director of Annual Giving, Nicole Caputo, at nicole.caputo@quinnipiac.edu.
