Sideline Cheer - Quinnipiac University Athletics

Supporting Quinnipiacโ€™s cheer team during the Bobcat Challenge on October 9th and 10th is a wonderful way to show your school spirit and contribute to the teamโ€™s success. Here are some compelling reasons to get involved:

  1. Boosting Team Morale: The cheer team plays a crucial role in energizing the crowd and supporting other sports teams. Your support helps boost their morale and ensures they can continue to bring their infectious energy to every game and event.
  2. Enhancing Performance: Contributions during the Bobcat Challenge directly impact the cheer team by providing them with better training facilities, uniforms, and travel opportunities. This ensures they have the resources needed to perform at their best.
  3. Promoting School Spirit: The cheer team is at the heart of school spirit, leading cheers and creating a vibrant atmosphere at games and events. Supporting them helps foster a sense of community and pride within the university.
  4. Encouraging Excellence: By supporting the cheer team, youโ€™re investing in their future success. Strong support can help them achieve higher levels of performance and recognition, both regionally and nationally.
  5. Creating Lasting Memories: The Bobcat Challenge is an opportunity to come together and celebrate the hard work and dedication of the cheer team. Your support helps create lasting memories for the athletes and the entire Quinnipiac community.

Letโ€™s rally behind the Quinnipiac cheer team and make the Bobcat Challenge a huge success! ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ“ฃ

Student-Athletes! Make sure you read this before making your gift.

We are asking first-years, sophomores, juniors, and seniors to make their class gift toward their team to support the Quinnipiac student-athlete experience. Your gift is a powerful vote of confidence in the direction Quinnipiac is headed and inspires a culture of philanthropy that begins right here on campus and continues post-graduation, inspiring Bobcats that come after you to continue paying it forward.

First-years, sophomores, and juniors make a gift of $10.00 to be considered a member of Student Philanthropy Council and will receive a special gift that can be used at invitation-only events throughout the 2024-2025 academic year.

Seniors (this includes graduate, law, and doctoral students too!) make a gift of $20.25 to be considered a member of Student Philanthropy Council and will receive a special gift that can be used at invitation-only events throughout the 2024-2025 academic year. Seniors will also receive a green and white philanthropy cord to wear at their commencement ceremonies.

P.S. Class of 2028! Starting with you, if you give all four years consecutively during your time at Quinnipiac, you will be the first class eligible for a Student Philanthropy Council pin to be worn at your commencement ceremonies.

If you have any questions about making a gift, please contact Director of Annual Giving, Nicole Caputo, at nicole.caputo@quinnipiac.edu.
