UPDATE: We reached and exceeded the goal! The alumni relations staff shared this news with Miss Betty, and as you can see from the video, she was overjoyed. She certainly feels the love from her Queens family!

As promised, the marketplace in the newly renovated dining center will be named in her honor. Look for an update and pictures of the new space in the fall.

If you are a part of the Queens community, you know Miss Betty. For 57 years, she has loved, supported and greeted "her babies". Now, it's time for us to do something for her. If 250 alumni make a gift of any size between June 4 and June 18, a new space in the renovated dining center will be named in Miss Betty's honor.
