We are raising money for critical maintenance on garden infrastructure. Particularly several cob structures, including two sheds, a kiosk, and earthen oven, are in need of repairs across the district. Funding received will go towards supplies for the repair as well as compensation for the natural builder that will guide volunteers through the repair process.
PCC’s learning gardens are student-centered spaces that were built for students, by students. They promote interdisciplinary academic achievement, leadership development, curricular and co-curricular opportunities and model sustainable food systems through dynamic and responsive hands-on education. Supporting this cause ensures the gardens can continue functioning in support of education, community building and food security on campus.
