Gifts to Panther Pantries contribute to...
The Sustainability Leadership & Basic Needs is working to raise $15,000 for PCC's Food Insecurity Fund. Two out of three Portland Community College students have faced food insecurity. Our program centers students, with initiatives grounded in peer-to-peer support. throughout the 2022-2023 school year at the PCC Panther Pantry, students supported students by distributing 177,388 pounds of food, helping over 5,500 students meet their basic needs.
Our vision is for PCC students to thrive through access to resources and engagement opportunities that support a healthy community in the face of a changing climate. These hardworking students are committed to building bright futures for themselves and their families. PCC graduates go on to make our community healthier and stronger for everyone!
