Software licenses, copy paper, utilities, and daily bus transportation for our students to make their way to 76th and Stevenson from the north and south sides of town. Exciting and flashy? Not really. Essential? Definitely. These are just a few of the must-haves that make up our annual budget. Your gift literally helps keep the lights on and more.

Did you know, Popes? Software licenses alone cost upwards of $80,000 per year and annual transportation costs average $60,000.

From award-winning Visual and Performing Arts programming to innovative STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) classes, your gift ensures that current and future Popes have access to a range of academic options that introduce them to new concepts and ignite interests they never knew existed. 

Did you Know, Popes? In 2022, Pius XI boasted 49 Regional and 2 National Scholastic Art Award Winners. Now, that really paints a picture of the caliber of our Visual Arts Program. Pius XI is also a certified school of excellence through Project Lead the Way, a national program that empowers students to develop and apply in-demand skills by exploring real-world, project-based challenges in STEM courses.

Your gift helps bolster tuition support, making a Pius XI education possible for all students. Did you Know, Popes? In the past 10 years, 14 Pius XI faculty have received the Herb Kohl Fellowship Teacher Award, which recognizes teaching excellence and innovation in Wisconsin.
