Friends of Theatre at Pepperdine helps our students experience the full excitement of becoming theatre professionals. With rigorous training in acting, musical theatre, directing, design, and screen arts, our program blends high academic standards with hands-on opportunities that prepare students for meaningful careers in the performing arts. Support from Friends of Theatre funds master classes with industry professionals, scholarships for production design students, and the renowned Edinburgh summer program—now a mainstay of our curriculum for more than 30 years—where students see firsthand the power of live theatre to transform communities.
