Claudius & EMR Dorm Renovations

Claudius Roberts Hall and E. M. Roberts Hall are two of the oldest buildings on campus. For years, they have been places where students have been introduced to community living… and the sense of community is very strong in these halls! Students make friends for life. These are also freshman dorms that need to make a good first impression on new students. It’s time for a 21st-century transformation!

Both halls will benefit from a top-to-bottom renovation—a process that includes new furniture, new floor coverings, freshly painted walls, and new windows. The restrooms will be redone, and the alcoves and lobbies throughout the buildings will undergo a major makeover. When the work is done, Claudius and EMR will be like new for a new generation!
