Isabelle Stead ’24


“Before coming to Olivet, I was really looking for a school that would encourage my spiritual growth and be a place where I could find a great community. Since coming here, I have been able to enjoy so many opportunities to connect with others and grow as a leader and as a person.


As a captain on the cheerleading team this year, I am so thankful for the opportunities that I have been given to lead and encourage the team through life and athletics as well as be a representative and leader for the rest of our school. As a team, it has been really rewarding to see so many people come to support our athletics programs with high levels of energy and school spirit. That has truly been a highlight!


I hope to graduate from Olivet’s nursing program and eventually go on to become a nurse practitioner or go into medical missionary work. I have really appreciated that throughout my time here I have been able to make so many great connections with both my professors and my peers. I know that the opportunities I have here and the relationships I make along the way will help to further both my career growth and my personal growth. I am excited to see what the future brings!”
