Mia Reynolds

Hi! My name is Mia Reynolds, I am currently a freshman at Olivet Nazarene University, studying Public Relations and Communications. This semester I’ve seen myself grow in so many ways. I've been blessed to get involved with the Mana ministry, find a local church home in Gathering Point Church, enjoy intramural sports on campus, and get involved with managing the Tigers football team. Olivet is truly helping me grow closer to God and become the person He intends me to be, and I am so excited for the next three years here. This coming Spring, I have been given an amazing opportunity to travel to Honduras with the Shalom Project at ONU. Our team will partner with the Footsteps Missions Ministry, working directly with children in their after-school program. My heart is bursting with anticipation to meet these children, share the unconditional love of God that I have experienced in my own life, and serve as an active part of His hands and feet. I believe that this trip is a chance to live out the mission of our university in a powerful way.

I would first like to ask you to hold this trip in your prayers. Please pray specifically for the beautiful children in Honduras who we are going to serve, for the Ministry partners with Footsteps Missions who dedicate their lives to this ministry, and for our Shalom Project team as we prepare our hearts and minds to share Christ’s love in a new community.
