Hi!
My name is Mackenzie Milstead, I’m a sophomore here at Olivet studying Math Education! During my time here at Olivet has been amazing, I have been able to grow in so many different ways, academically, and spiritually. With this I have been able to try new things that may be out of my comfort zone that I wouldn’t have been able to do if I didn’t come here.
This year I felt a feeling that I should finally go on a missions trip. So, this year I am planning on going to Honduras over spring break. A little bit as to why I want to go on this missions trip is because it is a great way to be able to learn more about others that I may not meet otherwise. This trip also will allow me to work with children which is a huge passion of mine. (Hence the reason why I’m going into education for my major). And for this trip we will be working hand and hand with Footsteps Missions with hands on activities.
