Hi, my name is Destiny Jackson! I am a junior here at Olivet, a Nursing major, involved with ROTC, and Gospel Choir. I am interested in going on the Shalom ministry trips to the Dominican Republic this Spring Break because of the opportunity I get to serve others, experience going international, and experiencing a culture that I am currently unfamiliar with. I am excited to get to know everyone on my team and in Santiago. There we will be serving the local church community by planting new churches and getting involved in the schools.
I have never done a missions trip internationally before, so I am so excited and grateful that I get to be a part of this, as well as to see what the Lord has in store for not only my team, but all the teams involved in the Shalom Projects 2026. I would love to have your support as I go on this trip by donations, if possible, and if you would keep all the teams in prayer as we get prepared to spread the love of Jesus on our trips!
