We Are OWU 2023

Just one month ago, Bishops throughout the world came together during Ohio Wesleyan’s third annual We Are OWU day of giving. The results are in, and we are thrilled to announce that you did it, Bishops! In just 1,842 minutes, 1,152 donors chose to lead the way for current students, blasting through the 1,000-donor goal. Together, these alumni, families, students, faculty, staff, and friends raised more than $636,000 for OWU. Thank you!

Yet again, the collective effort of this Bishop community let the world know Ohio Wesleyan is leading the way. Together, We Are OWU!

As we began the We Are OWU giving campaign, we stated that throughout the world, you’ll see a crowd of Bishops standing on the forefront of progress. Bishops, you’ve proven that we were right about you! We asked you to lead the way for Ohio Wesleyan, and more than 800 of you accepted the challenge! We are still tallying the official total, but we are so grateful for your loyal leadership, generous gifts, and sincere spirit! Together, We Are OWU! THANK YOU!

We Are OWU brought a lot of fun to campus today! Students got to watch balloons representing all the ways they already give back to the causes they care about—red for donations and black for volunteering—drop in Hamilton-Williams Campus Center to mark the start of the campaign.
