Coach's Message
Coming off one of the toughest, most ambitious schedules in our program’s history, the team and I are incredibly excited about what’s on the horizon for Fall 2026.
Looking back at 2025, we went toe-to-toe with some of the best teams in the country. Our group proved they could compete with anyone—battling then-#3 Christopher Newport in a tight 2-1 loss and playing #20 Hardin-Simmons to a scoreless draw. To give you a sense of the caliber of competition we faced: each of our 11 non-conference opponents made their conference tournament, and seven of them reached their conference championship game. We will always seek out these challenges because they make us better, and 2026 will be no different.
While we say goodbye to a large group of 12 graduating seniors, our returners are hungry and eager to lead. We are also looking forward to integrating a stellar incoming class into our group. Right now, we have nine first-years committed—including players traveling from California, Arizona, and Texas—and we may add a few more before camp starts.
As the NCAC gets tougher and more competitive every year, your support means more than ever. To keep this momentum going, we’re looking for partners who are as invested in these young women’s futures as we are. Your support provides the extra edge in training, travel, and specialized resources that take our team from being a strong competitor to a program that can compete for championships at the highest level. By partnering with us, you are elevating more than a single season—you are directly fueling the growth and future success of these remarkable student-athletes.
Thank you for everything you do for OWU Women's Soccer. See you this fall!

Top Fundraising Priorities
- Recruiting: In order to identify strong prospective student-athletes, we need to see them in person. Currently, our recruiting budget is very limited, which restricts our ability to evaluate players in person. We are now garnering interest from players across the country. We are hoping to increase our financing in this area.
- Team travel: To be the best, you must play the best. And to do this, we occasionally need to travel, perhaps even out of the region, to play quality opponents. While we will seek in-region opponents first, as you can see from the 2025 schedule, we will also be competing with out-of-region opponents.
- Statistical Analysis: We are hoping to be able to provide an analytical breakdown of individual and team performances through video and statistical analysis tools. Currently, most members of the conference already utilize this technology.
