Coach's Message
Our competition season has come to a close, and it is time to reflect and prepare for next year.
Out of the pool, our team and its parents were praised. I heard so many positive things about our team’s behavior, energy, and enthusiasm. The stories from our parents in the stands were so positive that even other team parents noticed our team. On the deck, opposing teams' coaches and meet officials had wonderful things to say about our athletes as well. There was even an instance where athletes from another team expressed their gratitude for us. This makes me so proud of our team and parents!
The team is making great progress and seeing the results. We will continue to work to get better, making changes as we reflect on what works and what doesn’t. Having conversations with the athletes and coaches will help us make adjustments. So now, our attention turns to recruiting new team members who can help us improve.
